Burger Additions:
Hamburger buns, split and toasted
Bacon, cooked
Cheddar Cheese
Pickles
Onion, sliced
Lettuce
Tomato
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine all of the burger patty ingredients, except oil.
2. Using hands, shape meat into burger patties.
3. In a medium skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Cook burger patties for 6 - 8 minutes on each side.
4. Assemble to your liking with toppings and condiments.
Beef Burger with Crispy Onion
Hardy beef burger topped with crunchy onions and crispy bacon. Filled with flavour and texture!

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Burger Patties:
2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
½ cup of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 large red onion, sliced
¼ cup flour
¼ cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 cup of egg wash, 2 eggs + 3 – 5 tablespoons of water
